Where Georgia's
ancient table
meets the world
Georgia sits at the crossroads of Europe and Asia — and its cuisine carries the richness of both. At QALAQSHI, we honour 4,000 years of culinary tradition: slow-braised lamb, hand-folded khinkali, walnut-laced sauces passed down through generations.
Our name comes from the Georgian word for feast — because here, every table is a celebration. The tamada raises a glass, the wine pours from ancient qvevri vessels, and time moves the way it should: slowly, with pleasure.
